Rethink is one of the largest mental health charities in the UK and they have a large number of members and are actively recruiting to increase their membership supporters. They use Umbraco as their main website CMS , and they needed various signup forms put into this website to help in recruiting more contacts and possible supporters as well as helping their beneficiaries to get the care they needed.
Most CRM databases come with some sort of API these days, but organisations really need to understand what is in the API if they are to get real value and actually make the API connect their various systems. Here are a few pointers on what to look for in a CRM API

Google Analytics is great if you are content with anonymous statistics, but now, WebSenz opens up a whole new world of personalised web stats that are linked to all your other CRM profiling information.
WebSenz is a web-analytiics module for iMIS20 Cloud written right inside of RiSE. Unlike Google's anonymous approach, WebSenz tracks each and every page hit to the individual member or donor who carried out the action. This means you can easily cross-reference your web usage data with any other iMIS data, for example:-
See which event registrants or product purchases came from a particular website (Twitter, facebook etc...). See who is looking at your products and not buying them.
See which member-types are become more or less engaged on the web.
Rethink is one of the largest mental health charities in the UK and they have a large number of members and are actively recruiting to increase their membership supporters. As part of the project, they were rolling out a new RiSE website - Wethink,Rethink.org for their members, and wanted integrated Direct Debit signups online that worked with the iMIS checkout. They also wanted to move away from the consultingware solution EFT to a more robust, cloud based solution.
